Barbara's Houses English Language Learning/Cultural Exchange Program provides bi-monthly ESL/ELL classes and organizes numerous cultural outings throughout the year for those that live and/or work in Greenwich. Participants receive assistance and instruction both to learn English and to feel more comfortable using the language.  Students also look forward to attending Broadway shows, visiting the Bronx Zoo, going apple picking, and more as part of the cultural exchange program.

Barbara's House instructors provide much-needed support and guidance to participants and help navigate and access community resources.

In addition, Barbara's House assists Spanish-speaking individuals living in Greenwich housing developments, who because of language barriers, experience difficulties communicating with the schools, courts, and other agencies.
